POA - Power Of Attorney

Delegation of powers to a person or organization to act on your behalf. This mechanism allows the donor of the power of attorney to give the donee to do certain things on his behalf (I.e. Sign documents, make purchases…). There are different types of Powers of Attorneys[1] and certain conditions need to be met for the PoA to be valid.
